Welcome to Motor Pool Supply. These terms explain the rules for using this website and buying from us. I've tried to keep them plain. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

"We," "us," and "our" mean Motor Pool Supply, operated by Joshua Resz, a sole proprietor doing business as Motor Pool Supply. "You" means anyone visiting the site or buying from it.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us (name, address, payment details) is accurate.

2. The store runs on Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We don't store your full card number.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show products accurately. Product photos and colors may look a little different on your screen. Measurements and specs come from our suppliers. Before you order, please check that a product will fit your vehicle. If something isn't as described, see our Refund & Return Policy.

Products ship from partner warehouses and suppliers, not from our own location.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Products may sell out. If we made a mistake in a price or listing, we can cancel the affected order and give you a full refund, even after you've placed it. We can also refuse or limit orders, including orders that look fraudulent.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships. You agree to pay all charges at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these terms.

7. Using products safely

Install and use car accessories according to the instructions and in a way that doesn't block your view, airbags, seat belts, or controls, and that follows local laws. You are responsible for how a product is installed and used in your vehicle.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy or required by law, products and the site are provided "as is" without extra warranties of any kind. We don't offer a separate product warranty beyond our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Motor Pool Supply isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Site content

The text, logo, and design on this site belong to Motor Pool Supply or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Some product images and info may belong to our suppliers.

11. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos, or comments, you confirm they're honest and yours to share, and you let us display them on the site. We'll only use your review or photos in marketing if you give us permission first. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

12. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please see our separate Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of this site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most issues can be fixed that way. If a dispute can't be worked out, you and we agree it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
