How much is shipping?
It's free on every order to the lower 48 states.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in about 4–8 days, which includes 1–3 days to process the order and 3–5 days in transit from our US warehouse.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses?
Not yet. Right now we only ship to street addresses in the lower 48 states.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days to send it back, as long as it's not installed and is still in its original packaging.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund. You don't need to send it back.
What if my package gets lost?
If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll reship it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships.
How long do refunds take?
Once we approve your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Will the organizer fit my vehicle?
It straps to the back of a front seat. Seats and headrests vary, so check yours before you order. If it doesn't work out, you can return it unused within 30 days.
